Life Coaching
This
is a process between two individuals - one client,
one coach - designed to help the client achieve his
full potential in any area of life he/she chooses.
Through special coaching techniques, the coach helps
the client gain clarity on where he/she is, map out
where he/she wants to go, with a view to furthering
personal or professional goals or any combination
thereof. The client chooses the agenda, be it
personal or professional. The coach holds the
client's agenda, ensures it is respected, and holds
the client accountable to it.
